RETURN POLICY
Sindhu Reddy is keen to provide its customers with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all of them. In the unlikely event that you as the customer are unsatisfied with the product received from SINDHU REDDY, you may contact the SINDHU REDDY TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at info@sindhureddyofficial.com. We will ensure that we revert to you at the earliest, with a satisfactory resolution of your grievance.

Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of SINDHU REDDY as detailed below.

COLOR DISCLAIMER 

  1. Sindhu Reddy strongly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual ones.
  2. All colour options offered on the net is to provide our customers the available choices at Sindhu Reddy.
  3. It is practically impossible for Sindhu Reddy to replicate exact colours of the outfits or Sarees as seen on your monitor. As the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
  4. We at Sindhu Reddy hope to clarify and ascertain that every customer is aware of this genuine problem that Sindhu Reddy faces.
  5. Our effort will be to meet your expectations constantly and thus avoid any misunderstanding through our online venture.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 4-7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at info@sindhureddyofficial.com with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the external packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, you may either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery indicating the nature of damage or tampering that you observe. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that SINDHU REDDY may address the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future. 

In case a product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact SINDHU REDDY at info@sindhureddyofficial.com, within twenty four[24] hours of receipt of product.

 SINDHU REDDY is NOT Liable to pay the return shipment charges.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 SINDHU REDDY'S RESPONISIBITILIES

  • Sindhu Reddy shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately. Provided that the customer has fulfilled all its obligations as stated under the Return policy. (needs to be reworded)
  • In case the original product is no longer available, the customer may be requested to select an alternate product. This shall be sent to by Sindhu Reddy for free.
  • Apart from the above Sindhu Reddy is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or credit. Sindhu Reddy has the sole discretion to assess each case separately, and shall take necessary action at its discretion.

Cancellation or Changes to Orders 
Since your order is processed as quickly as possible, in case it has been shipped we will be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
